Job Overview Background Screening Information: We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with more than 200 locations across the U.S. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and provide quality patient care. Responsibilities As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients, conduct ongoing patient assessments, revise care plans based on changes in patient conditions, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing) Current licensed/registered RN in applicable state; must maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment Preferred: one (1) year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment Specific Job Requirements Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Use reasoning skills and good judgment to address patient needs Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Care Centers of America
