Double Time: 12 total hours in a day: 1.7%
On-Call: 8$
Call Back: 1%
Holiday Pay: 1.5% Additional Information:
***There is a separate bill rate for local candidates***
**** Expertise with blood/lab draws and venipuncture - will draw 1-5 tubes from each patient. The clinic sees 100+ patients a day ****

Required Qualifications:
• IV/Blood draw certified
• Experience with CS-Link/Epic
• 2 year in an Outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous MA or phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Quest Diagnostic laboratory submissions
