Job Description Pay rate: $24.70 Per Hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Essential Job Functions: Performs routine chick hatchery equipment maintenance. Responsible for parts inventory control. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment. Train and lead lower-level C and Training Mechanics as needed. Qualifications: Must have minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience. Must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Must be able to work with minimal supervision while planning and directing preventative maintenance activities. Must be able to maintain a parts inventory and organization. Must be able to maintain good attendance. Must have good communication skills, with ability to speak, read and write in English. Ability to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as needed. Must have good time management skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Accountability: Deliver on commitments.
