Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support a state-operated school system serving students with severe disabilities (ages 5–21) across multiple locations in Missouri. This role focuses on delivering meaningful, individualized therapy services that directly impact student communication and quality of life.

Position Details

• Start Date: 08/03/2026

• Contract Length: 12 months

• Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours/week (varies by location)

• Pay Rate: $60/hour (local)

• Weekly Gross: Up to $2,400/week

• Openings: 12

• Interview Process: Auto-offer (no client interview required)

• Setting: School-based (state-operated system – MSSD)

• Springfield, MO – 37.75 hours (2 openings)

• Monett, MO – 30 hours

• Clarkton, MO – 27.5 hours

• St. Joseph, MO – 24 hours (multiple openings)

• Sikeston, MO – 23.5 hours

• Rolla, MO – 22 hours

• Sedalia, MO – 16.75 hours

• Cape Girardeau, MO – 16.5 hours

(Additional part-time opportunities may be available upon request.)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive student speech and language evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct therapy services based on IEP and plan of care

• Document therapy sessions and track student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Missouri

• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by district)

• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
