Your Role

Use our proprietary platform combined with your own network to discover promising healthcare candidates

Reach out to attract potential candidates, introducing them to the exciting opportunities available at MLR

Organize and set appointments for candidates with our recruiters for comprehensive interviews

Follow up with leads to foster interest and support throughout the hiring process

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in our applicant tracking system

Earn a commission based on the meetings you set, successful interviews, and hires resulting from your initiatives
