Replace bad proximity sensor.Rebuild gripper as needed.Check air lines for leaks (keep airlines zip tied to link).Pressure wash grippers.Keep air lines in working order; spray lubrication as needed.Log work in data log book. Communicate with maintenance and die setters with issues and concerns.Maintain spare parts inventory.Make continuous improvement on automation applications.Other duties as identified.Make gripper adjustments in the press as needed The employee must maintain an excellent attendance record, which is defined as being at work all the time and on time.Ability to read and follow work instructions. Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations using algebra and trigonometry.
