Caregiver Position at Santa Lucia
Santa Lucia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to engage in community-based activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve.
On a typical day, you might:
- Provide transportation and supervision
- Model appropriate behaviors
- Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events
- Support individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Qualifications:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
Available Shifts:
- Community Direct Support: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00pm-5:00pm
- Community Direct Support: Wednesdays or Thursdays from 4:00pm-8:00pm
