Phlebotomist Full Time

Job Summary Labcorp is seeking a full‑time Phlebotomy Technician to join our team at 44725 North 10th Street, Suite 240, Lancaster, CA 93534. The role requires Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with rotating weekends. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic procedures. Enter patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. California state‑issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) or an application filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire that meets license requirements. Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of experience as a phlebotomist. Current or prior experience at LabCorp. Experience with geriatrics and pediatric patients. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $23.00 – $33.00 per hour. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
