We are seeking full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are dedicated, compassionate, and eager to make a lasting impact in their communities. Why Join CBI? Clinical Duties Oversee RBTs pursuing BCBA certification Conduct weekly competencies for new hires Review and provide detailed feedback on session documentation Mentor and support team development and retention Qualifications ABA Experience Preferred Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and ethical clinical practices Reliable transportation, valid driver license, auto insurance, and smartphone Excellent communication and organizational skills Collaborative and proactive mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, sit on the floor and lift up to 50 pounds A Culture That Cares At Carolina Behavioral Innovations, you’re more than your billable hours.
