You’ll contribute to a collaborative care team while working a 3x12 night schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours each week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: 1,864–1,954 USD per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 nights Start date: 06/29/2026 Travel assignment in an inpatient stepdown unit with every-other-weekend schedule Responsibilities Monitor patients with telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment, tracking vital signs and critical metrics Perform regular nursing assessments, recognize subtle changes, and initiate appropriate interventions Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered Provide specialized care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or other complex conditions (e.g., vent patients; neuro checks for stroke) Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions; maintain clear documentation of care and patient responses Requirements Active Michigan RN license BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications Minimum 2 years RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience Telemetry monitoring experience Cerner experience Ability to work the listed shift pattern (3x12 nights) and every-other-weekend schedule for a 13‑week travel assignment Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Weekly pay: 1,864–1,954 USD Travel assignment duration: 13 weeks Start date: 06/29/2026 Scheduling and credentialing support during the assignment Dedicated assignment support from a travel recruiter Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
