Urologist

The Staff Pad is seeking a Urologist to join a well-established, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system in Marion, IL, serving a broad regional population. This full-time, employed position offers an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, multi-specialty medical group with strong surgical support and a stable referral base. The role provides a compensation model designed to reward productivity and quality, along with opportunities for leadership and teaching.

Practice Info

• Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient
• Established referral base within a large primary care network
• Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
• State-of-the-art facilities and technology
• Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings

Responsibilities

• Provide Urology services
• Supervise APPs
• Participate in clinical research
• Engage in leadership involvement opportunities
• Teach residents and medical students

Compensation

• Base compensation: $700,000 one-year income guarantee
• Quality bonus: 5%+ annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
• APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Additional income through clinical research participation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
