Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide direct mental health counseling to clients coping with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through video conferencing, phone calls, and secure messaging.

  • Conduct evidence-based assessments and create individualized care plans to effectively address each client's unique needs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated treatment strategies, ensuring coordinated care and access to additional resources.

  • Engage in ongoing communication with clients, families, and caregivers to foster trust and ensure clarity in service delivery.

  • Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical assessments, maintaining a focus on patient empowerment and autonomy.

Your work will primarily support individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges. Many of our clients are in underserved communities facing barriers to traditional care, providing you with the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to fairly compensating our dedicated staff.
