Accounts Payable We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial principles. Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with the three-way match process are highly preferred. Key responsibilities include processing and reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization, matching purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices (three-way match), maintaining vendor files and ensuring payments are processed on schedule, reconciling account statements and resolving discrepancies promptly, supporting month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, communicating effectively with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Job requirements include 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, a strong understanding of three-way match and general accounting procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems), excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
