Open Specialty Roles Pediatric Dental Assistant Entry level OK but must have some Dental experience $18–$19/hour (depending on role & experience) Help create a fun, positive, and comfortable experience for children while supporting doctors during pediatric procedures in a kid-friendly environment Requires travel between offices – reliable transportation required Pediatric Lead Dental Assistant Dental Assistant experience required $23–$24/hour Lead the pediatric team, mentor staff, and help ensure an outstanding experience for patients and families Must have experience working with children Requires reliable transportation – travel between offices required Hygiene Assistant Starting at $16+/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience) Support hygienists with room setup, sterilization, patient care, and scheduling to keep daily operations running smoothly Entry-level candidates welcome – we’ll provide training Orthodontic Dental Assistant Orthodontic experience required Starting at $18+/hour (depending on experience) Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures while helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles Requires travel between multiple office locations – reliable transportation required Flexible Scheduling Options Available Weekday shifts available Dedicated weekend positions available Great opportunity for candidates seeking extra hours or weekend‑focused schedules Weekend Pediatric Dental Assistants positions open What We’re Looking For Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred Specialty experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Why Join Absolute Dental?
