Residential Program Specialist – Graveyard / Overnight Direct Support

Wage dependent upon experience, shift, and location. Weekend hours are paid at time and a half. Actively recruiting in Silverton, and Salem, OR.

Work Unlimited is actively hiring Residential Program Specialists for overnight support hours in our 24-hour residential programs. These positions are specifically for graveyard/overnight shifts and are ideal for applicants who are dependable, calm, and able to remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout the night.

Our Residential Program Specialists are Direct Support Professionals who provide support, supervision, role-modeling, and behavioral support to youth and adults who experience intellectual/developmental disabilities and significant behavioral/mental health needs.

Graveyard staff play a critical role in maintaining a safe, stable, and supportive home environment overnight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, completing routine safety checks, assisting with personal care or support needs as they arise, medication support as assigned, behavior management, responding to safety concerns, completing thorough and accurate documentation, and communicating important updates to the incoming team.

In addition to overnight responsibilities, this position supports the broader goal of helping people build fulfilling lives by promoting independence, dignity, safety, skill building, and meaningful daily routines.

Graveyard Schedules, 10–12 hour shifts:

• Sat–Tue
• Sun-Tue
• Wed–Fri
• Wed–Sat

Weekend Premium Pay:

All hours worked on the weekend are paid at time and a half. That means all weekend wages start at $27.38–$28.13/hr.
