Supervisor Patient Financial Services - Remote Seattle

Description This position is accountable for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, accurately assess the workload and deploy available team resources optimally, maintain compliance and quality standards and ensure timely billing and collection of receivables to avoid loss of revenue. A track record in taking decisive action to implement new processes, solutions or changes. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business. or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business. or equivalent educ/experience 3 years experience in lieu of degree Job Essentials: Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, claims processing, and account auditing. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and organizational standards while meeting operational and financial goals. Monitor revenue cycle key performance metrics Lead, coach, train, and evaluate staff performance, including timecard and PTO approvals. Resolve complex account and claims issues, implement corrective actions, and support process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, reduce denials, and improve revenue outcomes. Maintain departmental policies, procedures, reporting, and effective communication across teams. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Why Join Providence?
