About The Role As an Agent in Training , you’ll work directly with clients to identify their insurance needs, recommend personalized coverage solutions, and build lasting relationships. You’ll receive hands-on coaching while developing the sales, business, and leadership skills needed for long-term success within the Farmers Insurance network. What You'll Do Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up. Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage. Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews. Manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals using agency CRM systems. Stay current on California insurance regulations, Farmers products, and industry best practices. Work toward individual and agency production goals while continuing to grow your skills. What We're Looking For Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred. Active California Property & Casualty License preferred, or willingness to obtain. California Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Organized with strong time management skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
