Front-End Customer Experience Lead

Kroger

Kroger is seeking a Front-end Lead to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, supervise front-end operations, and promote best practices and Front-end standards to ensure a positive customer experience. You will foster teamwork, manage scheduling and budgets with store management, and ensure compliance with safety and food handling guidelines while upholding Kroger's core #J-18808-Ljbffr Kroger
