The work is centered on helping people better understand what they are experiencing and develop practical ways to manage emotional, behavioral, and day-to-day challenges. You'll provide steady clinical support in a structured environment where strong communication, sound judgment, and consistency in care are valued.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealthComplete intake assessments and review relevant clinical historyIdentify treatment priorities and establish clear therapeutic goalsUse appropriate counseling approaches based on each client's presentationMonitor changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progressMaintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical recordsRespond appropriately to changes in client needs or level of riskFollow Arkansas licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
