$35-40/HR on 1099/C2C MAX - Fully REMOTE (2 openings) - Depending On Experience - Fast moving
Schedule Preference
While not required, preference will be given to candidates who can work:
- M-F, 12p-9p (AZ shift), or
- Saturday mornings
- Contract-to-Hire: No
- Duration: 6 months (approx. 1,080 hours)
- Start Date: As soon as we identify the right candidates
- Location: Remote (preferred)
- Skill Level: Mid-to-senior (no entry-level)
Responsibilities:
- Provision phone services for new and existing customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within CSG's Advanced Convergent Platform and Metaswitch impacting phone service provisioning.
- Apply platform knowledge to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
- Track and manage incidents in an ITIL platform (e.g., ServiceNow) following defined SLAs.
- Document recurring issues and solutions to contribute to a team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT team members and end-users to resolve service-impacting issues.
- Experience using an ITIL platform (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident management.
- Basic proficiency in SQL for querying/analyzing data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with CSG's Advanced Convergent Platform .
- Experience with Metaswitch systems .
- Ability to manually provision phones.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Experience creating technical documentation.
