Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehab patients to support functional independence in activities of daily living.
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing progress assessments; help develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, and use of adaptive equipment as indicated; monitor patient response.
- Perform accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress per policy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, nursing staff, and discharge planners to coordinate care and plan transitions.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to infection control practices, and compliant documentation throughout the episode of care.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active COTA license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
- Certification: CPR/BLS certification (as applicable)
- Experience: Inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing rehab experience preferred
- Education: OTA education from an accredited program
- Skills: Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient setting
- Travel: Willingness to participate in a temporary travel assignment and comply with schedule requirements
