Our office is located in a vibrant community, enhancing your connection to the local wellness initiatives and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and needs, developing specific and measurable treatment plans tailored to each individual.Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, providing focused and uninterrupted care that maximizes treatment effectiveness.Utilize various treatment modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and enhance mobility.Implement comprehensive care plans that might include strength training, flexibility exercises, and education on ergonomic practices to prevent injury.Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive mindset that aids recovery.Conduct regular evaluations to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes using EMR software like WebPT.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a holistic approach to patient care.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will primarily serve clients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will help these individuals regain function and eliminate pain, enhancing their overall well-being. By fostering supportive relationships, you will help patients navigate their recovery journeys, ultimately leading to successful rehabilitation outcomes.QualificationsA Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no history of disciplinary actions.Proficient in advanced manual therapy techniques and the development of individualized exercise programs.Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation practices.Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, with a preference for familiarity with WebPT.Preferred ExperienceDemonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedic settings with a strong track record of enhancing patient outcomes.Background in designing wellness and fitness programs that cater to a variety of patient populations.Ability to provide evidence-based treatments and keep abreast of recent developments in the field.Compensation and BenefitsPeak Performance offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
