Senior Tax Advisor

Responsibilities Advise business owners and individual clients on tax planning strategies, entity structure, and year‑round tax optimization opportunities. Build and manage client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for tax‑related questions and planning discussions. Facilitate face‑to‑face client meetings to review tax situations and provide planning recommendations. Prepare and review business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy, minimizing tax liabilities, identifying planning opportunities, and providing proactive recommendations. Collaborate with firm leadership and other advisors to support client growth. Contribute to team development through internal training and education. Qualifications CPA or EA with 5+ years of public accounting experience and strong knowledge of business and individual taxation. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in tax preparation and review (corporate, partnership & individual). Strong communicator who can explain tax concepts clearly to business owners and individuals. Organized and detail‑oriented professional who can manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
