Location: Cheyenne, WY

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible 8-hour shifts within clinic hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM | No nights, weekends, or on-call

Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, post-surgical, chronic pain, and pediatric patients, while providing evidence-based care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation services

• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Experience working with pediatric patients

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience

• Experience treating post-surgical orthopedic patients

• Dry Needling certification or experience

• Experience managing chronic pain and neurological conditions

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
