Mental Health Therapist

Join a dedicated mental health team as a Therapist, focused on providing culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Key responsibilities include participating in case consultations, agency meetings, discharge planning, and ensuring timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization, all while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field. Provisional license if required by state regulation. Passion for mental health and a commitment to high-quality care. Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality.
