Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $253.50 (Regular pay)
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: 1.3x hourly rate

What You'll Do

• Oversee all labor and delivery activities, including performing cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
• Manage high-risk obstetric cases such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, preterm labor, and fetal anomalies
• Provide GYN gynecology surgeries from ED consults
• Conduct rounds on patients and assist with urgent GYN emergencies
• Consult with CNMs, FP providers, and other specialists as needed
• Support the regional transfer center for rural hospitals and provide emergency consultations
• Collaborate within a team of residents, medical students, and nursing staff

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical licensure in Wisconsin or eligible via IMLC
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• 1-3 years of obstetric experience preferred, especially high-risk OB
• Strong procedural skills including C-sections, IUD insertions/removals, and ultrasounds
