Our menu showcases the region's rich culinary heritage, with a focus on New England's iconic coastal cuisine. Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.If you are ready to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates the flavors of the New England coast, we invite you to join us at Little Clam.We look forward to welcoming you to our team!Your role:Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service aheadGreet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurantGuide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menuBe accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requestsBe the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversationWork collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staffAssist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happyFinalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentationAny other assigned duties as requested by managementWhat are we looking for?Engaging and welcoming personalityAt least 1+ years of experience in fine dining experience or similar food service is requiredKnowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spiritsSomeone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHave a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guestsSomeone with excellent communication skillsFlexibility to work days, nights, or weekend shiftsCompensation:$8.00-$8.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
