Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Wieland is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a customer-facing representative with advanced quoting, technical product knowledge, and revenue-impacting responsibilities. This role is located in Roseville, MI and will be fully on-site. Responsibilities Prepare and present customer quotes, including technical or specialty products Support pricing, returns, and credit processes Serve as a technical resource for products and applications Support purchasing and inventory decisions Manage assigned customer accounts Coordinate expediting, forecasting, and delivery commitments Communicate priorities and support resolving issues across production, purchasing, and logistics Participate in contract review and customer portal management Identify process improvements within customer workflows Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates Maintain customer records and documentation Escalate issues by established guidelines Provide coverage support for other CSRs as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or higher preferred 3+ years of related experience preferred Proficient / Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite) ERP / MRP System proficiency preferred Quality Awareness Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis Cross-functional Coordination Excellent Communication Skills Continuous Improvement Mindset Excellent Time Management and Adaptability Attention to Detail and Accountability Joining Wieland's team gives you Benefits - Starting on Day 1!
