About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring Forklift Operators for a natural ingredient manufacturer's warehouse and distribution center in Turlock, California. In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials and finished products, keeping goods flowing safely and efficiently through the facility. This is a fast-paced warehouse setting that rewards a safety-minded operator who keeps accurate records and works well with the warehouse team.

What You'll Do

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials and finished products safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and distribution center
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on your assigned forklift to keep it running well
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for material movements
• Read and interpret inventory records, labels, and shipping documents
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA forklift operation standards
• Work with the warehouse team to keep material handling and logistics moving smoothly

What You Bring - Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or distribution center
• Current forklift certification (OSHA), or willingness to certify on hire
• Ability to read inventory records, labels, and shipping documents in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Authorized to work in the United States

What You Bring - Preferred

• Prior forklift work in a food, beverage, or natural ingredient manufacturing setting
• Experience with warehouse management systems or RF scanners
• Background in inventory control, shipping, or receiving
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
