Key Responsibilities Manage daily fulfillment operations and team across pick/pack/ship Optimize throughput, accuracy, and order turnaround Manage carrier relationships and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx) Oversee cold-chain / temperature-controlled shipping where required Maintain inventory accuracy and fulfillment KPIs Ensure compliant handling and packaging of pharmaceutical shipments Requirements Minimum 3+ years of fulfillment or warehouse management experience required Experience with shipping platforms and carrier logistics Proven team leadership and process optimization Familiarity with regulated or temperature-sensitive shipping a plus Preferred Pharmacy or healthcare logistics background Qualification: Experience with shipping platforms and carrier logistics Proven team leadership and process optimization Familiarity with regulated or temperature-sensitive shipping a plus Pharmacy or healthcare logistics background (Preferred) Department: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of fulfillment or warehouse management experience required Stay informed about new roles, company news, and career growth opportunities.
