Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing outstanding front desk and patient service support Collect and review patient information, ensuring accuracy in medical records and documentation review Manage patient check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Maintain organized medical records and files, ensuring compliance with health information management standards Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support clinic operations by performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry (10 key typing), and document management Maintain confidentiality of patient information while providing excellent patient service Skills &Qualifications Experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced patient communication. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in administrative roles within healthcare settings is highly desirable.
