New Home Sales Specialist

Metric Geo is partnering with a Top 5 National Homebuilder to hire a New Home Sales Consultant in Anderson County, South Carolina. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in new home sales with excellent earning potential and long-term growth. Responsibilities Guide prospective buyers through the new home purchasing process Conduct model home and community tours Build relationships with buyers and local Realtors Follow up with leads and manage an active sales pipeline Meet and exceed sales targets Coordinate with construction, mortgage, and title teams Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry through closing Qualifications New home sales, automotive sales, residential real estate, or other commission-driven sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive and motivated in a performance-driven environment Ability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends Local knowledge of Anderson County and the surrounding Upstate market is a plus If you're an ambitious sales professional looking for a high-income opportunity with one of the nation's leading homebuilders, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metric Geo
