Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Marshfield, WI. This is an inpatient role that involves working within a pediatric hospital. The role is suited for candidates comfortable with pediatric orders and is situated in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Order verification, product check and release
• Remote sterile compounding verification
• Perform clinical tasks including IV-PO conversions, renal dose review
• Aminoglycoside and anticoagulation dosing

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Valid WI license or ACT 10
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year hospital experience; residency trained or 3 years preferred
