Stretchlab in Madison, AL is searching for a passionate Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach to join our fitness team. This part-time fitness position is ideal for someone who loves coaching group workouts, motivating clients, and creating an exciting member experience in a high-energy boxing fitness studio.

A Day in the Life of a Group Fitness Coach

As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach, you'll deliver high-energy boxing fitness classes that challenge and inspire members of all fitness levels. You'll coach classes using

Stretchlab programming while creating a motivating atmosphere that keeps members engaged and excited to return.

In addition to coaching classes, you'll support studio operations by assisting members, answering questions, helping with client retention, and maintaining studio cleanliness and organization. You'll also represent the Stretchlab brand professionally at local events and promotional activities within the community.

Qualifications for Our Personal Trainer Position

We're looking for a fitness professional with:

· CPR/AED certification

· Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA preferred)

· Strong group fitness coaching abilities

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Ability to motivate clients in a fast-paced fitness environment

· Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

· Passion for fitness, wellness, and member success

· 2+ years of group fitness experience or 60+ classes taught preferred
