Responsibilities Manage and participate in the smooth running of a loving early childhood classroom at a highly regarded educational child care center. Create and deliver lesson plans, care for each child individually, and assess developmental needs of students. Maintain a healthy and safe environment. Communicate positively with parents, co-workers, and management. Essential Skills & Experience CDA, Two‑year degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required. Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in a licensed preschool or early development center preferred. Experience using Teaching Strategies Gold and Brightwheel is a plus. Able to furnish required clearances. Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sense of humor encouraged.
