This role requires independent handling of projects, deeper technical expertise, and the ability to solve more complex network issues. The position will play a critical role to improve network efficiency and ensure high levels of network performance and security. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.**Education/Experience:** High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered. **Licensure/Certification:** One or more current, industry standard certifications preferred (CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network +, CCNA, CCNP, etc.)**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:*** Advanced knowledge of network architecture and engineering practices.* Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing network equipment.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Good leadership abilities and effective communication skills.* Experience with network security practices and network optimization techniques.* Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation.* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.* Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.* Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.**Primary Location:**Baptist Health Resource Center**Job:**Network EngineerNetwork Engineer**Job Type:**Regular-Full time**Shift**:First Shift (United States of America) #J-18808-Ljbffr Baptist Health
