Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Responsibilities

· Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

· Advertise and market available properties to attract prospective tenants

· Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures

· Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing

· Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs

· Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise

· Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary

· Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information

· Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations regarding property management

Requirements

· Previous experience in property management or related field preferred

· Strong knowledge of office administration and property management software (CMMS)

· Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts

· Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus

· Understanding of property leasing laws and regulations

· Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Experience in facilities management is desirable

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants

· Knowledge/Experience in Yardi strongly preferred
