Position: Physician OBGYN Location: Cincinnati, OH Practice Setting: Hospital + Outpatient Clinic Opportunity Highlights • Monday Friday schedule with excellent work-life balance • 3 days clinic + 2 days surgery • 1:6 shared call rotation • Deliver at a hospital with Level II NICU + MFM support (University collaboration) • Work alongside certified nurse-midwives in a collaborative care model • Dedicated support for each physician: MA/LPN, triage staff, scheduler, admin team • Mentorship available for new graduates • Join a collegial, expanding women s health program Facility Details • Delivery hospital: Mercy Health Anderson Hospital • Established and well-supported OB program • Serving the Cincinnati east-side community • Integrated system with access to specialty care and MFM support Key Responsibilities • Provide full-scope OBGYN care (clinic, surgery, and deliveries) • Perform gynecologic surgical procedures • Manage prenatal, labor, and postpartum care • Collaborate closely with midwives and multidisciplinary team • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN REQUIRED Active Ohio License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED Must be comfortable working with midwives REQUIRED Must disclose visa requirement status (No J1/H1B support available) Clean malpractice & license history HIGHLY PREFERRED NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED Ready to join a supportive, growth-focused OBGYN team in Cincinnati?
