Benefits Yearly salary 62,000+ Monday through Friday Dayshift / Second Shift – some on call may be required All tools provided Company paid PPE Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Day 1 of employment) 401k with 100% vested company core and match Paid Vacation, holidays, and sick time Paid Parental leave Flexible spending accounts (medical, dependent daycare) Life Insurance (AD&D – paid by Air Products), Supplemental AD&D EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and many more supplemental benefits available Responsibilities The primary responsibilities will be to: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary on trailers and tractors Document/record work performed electronically on the computer Perform road repairs when necessary Perform cryogenic pump maintenance Perform electrical/electronic repairs and installs on tractors and trailers Calibrate pump discharge meters Minor welding and fabricating as required Qualifications High School diploma/equivalent Class A CDL preferred, but not required Strong mechanical background, with above average computer experience/skills Energetic, highly motivated and well organized, self‑starter with strong commitment to safety Strong team player with ability to work well with fellow mechanics/drivers/operations personnel Solid work history Ability to drive a tractor Welding knowledge and experience Electrical troubleshooting skills on 12‑volt DC circuits Diesel engine troubleshooting and minor repair experience This is a safety‑sensitive position Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that veterans bring to the table.
