Senior Specialist, Business Development

Your “Take Off” will be successful by doing the following with excellence:

• Administers assigned agreements and independently monitors tenant compliance with applicable contractual terms and conditions, including financial, operational, reporting, documentation, and other requirements.

• Serves as the primary day-to-day liaison between CRAA and assigned tenants and vendors. Develops and maintains effective business relationships; responds to inquiries, concerns, and complaints; and facilitates timely resolution of operational and contractual issues.

• Coordinates the opening, closing, turnover, and activation of assigned spaces, including scheduling vendors, contractors, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders. Facilitates timely occupancy and tenant move-out activities, ensuring locations are restored to move-in ready condition.

• Monitors the progress of construction, renovations, and improvement projects within tenant spaces to ensure compliance with approved plans, schedules, and airport standards.

• Leads recurring meetings with assigned tenants to review operations, performance, compliance matters, service needs, upcoming activities, projects, and other business issues. Coordinates and monitors follow-up activities and action items.

• Coordinates within the Business Development division and with other CRAA departments, concessionaires, tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to address operational and project needs involving assigned tenant spaces. Coordinates maintenance and work orders, facility and service requests, installations, badging and escort requirements, tenant improvements, transitions, and other project activities; identifies needs, coordinates activities, addresses issues, and supports timely completion in accordance with applicable agreements.

• Performs related work as required.

• Salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00.The offered salary is evaluated using internal equity, job knowledge, skills, experience, and other key factors.

Your “Landing” will be smooth if you meet th e following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, aviation management, property management, real estate, hospitality management, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract administration, concessions, commercial property or tenant management, vendor management, hospitality, retail operations or equivalent education and years of experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience administering contracts or agreements, monitoring contractual requirements, and identifying and resolving compliance or performance issues.

• Experience in airport concessions, commercial property management, retail, hospitality, or another complex multi-tenant operating environment.

• Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or similar business systems. Workday experience preferred.

• Strong attention to details with contracts and agreements.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable).
