Your responsibilities: Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve inventory items from designated storage areas using RF scanners or digital pick tickets, strictly following quantity and SKU specifications. Packing: Select appropriate shipping materials (boxes, padding, labels) and efficiently pack items to ensure they are secure, damage-free, and correctly labeled for shipment. Operate manual material handling equipment (carts, hand trucks) to move pulled orders from the picking area to the packing or staging lines. Perform final quality checks on every order before sealing, ensuring the contents match the order manifest and that documentation is complete.
