Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a heating and cooling company in Sauk Rapids, MN. In this role, youll help assemble quality products and maintain a clean, safe work environment. What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units
• Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners
• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials
• Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations
• Check inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Previous assembly experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Customer-oriented and able to work well in a team environment
