Opened in August 2018, the community is dedicated to supporting low‑income seniors, offering a full spectrum of services to promote independence and quality of life. The residence offers a welcoming environment designed to meet the unique needs of its residents while fostering their well‑being and engagement. Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in West Lafayette, IN. This is a full‑time, on‑site position requiring hands‑on patient care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents’ health, documenting care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing emotional support. The LPN will also ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and assist with promoting the highest quality of care for the residents. Qualifications Knowledge of healthcare protocols, patient care, and medication administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff Proficiency in medical record documentation and understanding of healthcare compliance regulations Compassionate, patient‑focused approach with attention to detail and the ability to work closely with a team Possession of a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana CPR Certification or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe Previous experience working in senior living or long‑term care settings is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
