When YOU grow, we grow.KARL STORZ is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate II - Warehouse/Inventory to support our Operations team through accurate inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment activities. In this role, you will utilize SAP to process inventory transactions, support warehouse operations, prepare materials for shipment, and help maintain inventory accuracy across multiple storage locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products and materials move efficiently through the supply chain while supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely results.Schedule: This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and supporting daily operational and inventory management activities on-site.What You'll Do:Perform inventory transactions and material movements within SAP while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures.Process, pick, pack, and prepare materials for outbound shipments, ensuring correct product, serial, and batch information.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, inventory reporting, and daily warehouse audits.Support warehouse operations including put-away activities, replenishment of Kanban inventory, labeling, and material handling.Partner with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to resolve inventory issues and support operational needs.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to company safety and quality standards.What You Bring:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse operations.Experience using Microsoft Office applications and inventory management or MRP systems.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while providing strong customer service support.Nice to Have:3+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience.Previous experience working with SAP.Some college coursework or related education.Experience supporting inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.What Will Make You Successful:Demonstrating a commitment to accuracy, quality, and operational excellence.Taking initiative to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts.Building strong working relationships across departments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Maintaining flexibility and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic warehouse environment.Consistently following SOPs, safety requirements, and inventory control procedures.Taking ownership of inventory accuracy and delivering reliable, timely results.Why KARL STORZ?
