Coletta is looking for a warm, welcoming Host to join our team in a part-time, year-round role. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the stage for an outstanding dining experience. From greeting guests with genuine hospitality to managing reservations and seating, you'll help create the inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations and phone inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and comfort in the dining area.
• Support the service team by creating a welcoming and organized environment for guests.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full and Part Time Year Round and Full Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $17 / hour + tips

Schedule: 4pm - Close

Minimum Requirements


Ideal internal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks with ease, excelling in both in-person and phone interactions with guests. They'll bring strong time management skills, a willingness to dive into the menu to confidently answer guest questions, and an eye for detail that enhances the guest experience. Prior Host experience and knowledge of OpenTable are a plus, though not required, as long as they bring a proactive approach and a passion for exceptional customer service.
