Position Summary: The Blow Molding Operator works on blow molding machines removing excess plastic from manufactured parts. Responsibilities: Trim excess plastic from parts. Ensure all parts meet quality standards. Keep work area clean from scrap and debris. Report any damage, safety concerns, or accidents immediately. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Take direction from leadership. Follow company standard procedures. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, or kneel. Must be able to work overtime. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Starting Pay: $18.50 hour plus shift differential. Wage increases after successfully completing 90 days.
