Customer Service Representative

This job is located at 8010 E. Washington, Indianapolis, IN 46219 Position Overview Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS, accountable for delivering superior customer service and educating customers on our products and services. The CSR is responsible for maintaining quality standards and complying with all policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business Educating customers on our products and services Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Following company policies and procedures Maintaining a balanced cash drawer Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling Using our point‑of‑sale system to access information and process transactions Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the store manager for resolution Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members Performing other duties as instructed by management Job Requirements Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant (preferred) Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability Professional appearance and demeanor Must be honest and have integrity Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays English fluency required English/Spanish bilingual a plus Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels Benefits Benefits for eligible team members include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), vacation, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training.
