Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7pm - 7am Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years previous ICU experience License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification from AHA Must-Have: - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides, delegates, supervises, and documents care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals. Ensures the implementation of solutions.
