Key responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with property owners, investors, wholesalers, and agents Source off-market deals by identifying motivated sellers and maintaining community presence Conduct consistent phone outreach and follow-ups to keep relationships warm and advance deals Required qualifications Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, dispositions, or relationship-driven sales Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on trust and rapport Comfortable with phone communication over email for outreach and follow-ups Understanding of off-market deal flow and motivated seller dynamics Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
