Seeking a Millwright Mechanic for global packaging manufacturer in the Warrenton, Missouri area. This position will play an integral role in ensuring our machines and equipment are properly and safely functioning in a safe, fast paced environment. Responsibilities

• Responsible for collaborating with both electrician and mechanical parts within the machinery (conveyors and extruders).
• Day to day would include anything from troubleshooting machinery to reading blueprints and reassembling parts.
• Perform industrial electrical working a manufacturing environment.
• Prompt response required for machine breakdowns.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule and work order schedule.
• Troubleshoot motors, transmission, and conveyors in a way to come up with effective repair strategy.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components.
• Install and replace various styles of bearings, bushings, slides following the proper guidelines and standards
• Install, examine, replace or repair machines in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance to equipment as required, including minor electrical repairs and welding
• Adhere to maintenance schedule/plan make recommendations for optimizing schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
• Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other possible electrical components
• Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years mechanical or electrical experience.
• Experience as an electrician in manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Skills in maintenance and repair, machining, welding, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics required
• Must be able to work night shifts (hours - 8pm - 8am)
